Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 2pm

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you’re wanting to arrive after 7 pm

Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: No, however we do offer plenty of Off-street parking with room for your Boat / Trailer too.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at SARINA BEACH Motel are non-smoking.

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: Yes, Our Palms Restaurant is open 7 nights a week. Full a-la-carte menu available for Dine In or Room Service. We also have a Cocktail bar in the restaurant.

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, for both breakfast and dinner.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, we host Jimojo Wifi at the motel- just log on and choose a pricing and usage that suits you.

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a garden BBQ area & a lovely Pool over looking the ocean.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: There is a fantastic store approx 500 meters away- which has Fuel, Take Away food, Small line of grocery items etc, & we are only 10 minutes by car to both of Sarina’s shopping complex’s with shops including IGA, Woolworths, Crazy Clarks, Bakery, Newsagent, Homewares, Clothing & Bottle-O.

Q: Do you have Foxtel?
A: No, but we do have tv/dvd combos in rooms with 15 free view channels

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged. (FOR GROUP OR WEEKLY BOOKINGS- 7 DAYS NOTICE IS REQUIRED- OR THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR BOOKING MAY BE CHARGED AT OWNERS DISCRETION).

A: No, but with the beach at your doorstep, a walk or run along the sand is a sure fire way to stay fit.
